This is just on the way to Washington Park, we walk there atleast once a week. It's only about a 7 minute walk. Lucy loves to bring her baby and little pink purse with her everywhere! What a girl!

OOPS!
Lucy ran into a corner of the wall and split her head open 9-9-07. We took her to the ER and they glued it together, she loved her hospital "bracelet" and wouldn't let me take it off for a couple of days.
This morning there was a dead squirrel in the front of our house. I saw it after our power went out. We don't know why the power went out but I think this squirrel might have got electrocuted and then fell dead on the sidewalk, it's a mystery!?! So anyway, we had to get ready for church with candle light, kinda like the olden days, he he. Cory and I each spoke in church today too, that is nice to have over with! The weather has been nice and cool the last couple of days, that's really nice! (I just took this picture for the blog, I am really not a sicko, okay so maybe it is kind of sick, sorry)

Hey! Wow, thanks for sharing a picture of a dead squirrel! hee hee That's pretty crazy though! And poor Lucy's head! I have to tell you that Annika did something very similar when she was just three. She hit her head on the base of our rocking chair and split it open, blood everywhere...but her gash was higher on her forehead, right on her hairline. We took her to a clinic and they pretty much just cleaned it and said she probably doesn't HAVE to get it stitched or anything, so we bought some of those butterfly bandages that pull cuts together, and she just has a small scar now...but very traumatic at the time!
